Lake Terrill Water Association is a member-owned, non-profit association located in Ferndale, WA. The Association was formed in 1951 to meet the potable water needs of the local community within a defined service area. The Association is overseen by a board of five volunteer members elected by the membership at the annual meeting usually held in the spring.
Each year the Association prepares and delivers to its customers a brief news letter called the Annual Water Quality Report. The report also includes information about the association such as construction projects and availability of water.
New Service
In April 2007, Lake Terrill Water Association received approval from the Washington State Department of Health for 37 additional single family residential connections subject to completion of a new water storage tank. Construction of the new storage tank was completed in the fall of 2007. As of January 1, 2014 there are 13 shares still available.
Membership in the Lake Terrill Water Association is $10,000 and entitles the member to connect one single family residence to the existing distribution system.
